Fignola has over 10 years’ commercial and business management experience, supporting construction and B2B organisations. She specialises in supplier procurement, contract negotiation, cost and pricing strategy, and commercial governance, helping clients manage contractual risk and protect margins.

Fignola’s experience includes leading supplier negotiations, overseeing budgets and cost control, and supporting business development through the preparation and presentation of commercial propositions. She has negotiated complex commercial agreements, managed multimillion-pound supplier relationships, and delivered thorough commercial and contractual analysis to support pricing and supplier strategy.

Fignola holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law with Distinction and is completing the Bar Course, bringing strong legal and commercial insight to the delivery of practical commercial and contract management support.

Outside of work, Fignola enjoys running, traveling, baking, and practicing yoga.
